The Faith Works (TFW) is a faith centered global platform that accompanies individuals and communities on a journey of healing, restoration, redemption, and thriving. Rooted in faith and informed by psychology, leadership, and lived wisdom, we create spaces where people are seen, believed in, and supported with compassion and care.
Three journeys. Different paths. One shared discovery.
Sam, Annie, and Susan were born and raised in different parts of the world. Different places shaped us. Different experiences formed us. And for much of our lives, our paths had nothing to do with one another.
Until, eventually, they crossed.
We met only recently. But as conversations became deeper, we began to discover something remarkably familiar in each other's stories. Each of us had known seasons of struggle. Moments of uncertainty. Times when life did not unfold the way we had hoped or imagined. We had each fought our own battles, asked difficult questions, experienced setbacks, and searched for meaning in the midst of it all.
Our stories were different.
But there was a thread running through all three of them: faith.

Our mission is to create safe and transformative spaces through counseling, coaching, training, certification, and community, where individuals are seen, believed in, and supported as they discover purpose, experience inner healing, and step into abundant, meaningful lives grounded in faith.
Our vision is a world where individuals, families, and communities flourish in faith, wholeness, and purpose, never walking alone in their journey. We envision faith as an anchor in life’s darkest seasons, compassionate companionship as a catalyst for growth, and every person thriving into the fullness of their potential.

At The Faithworks, faith is not used as pressure. It is understood as a source of grounding, hope, values, meaning, and purpose that can be included in the journey when it matters to the person.
People are welcomed wherever they are in their faith journey.
